This lesson shows another way to display a web page called a Framed Page 
Firstly, I created a image 800 wide x 375 high. I used the Image Slicer in PSP to divide the frame image into three parts - cutting across the image. This will then gave me three images top, middle and bottom. This is my swatch for this lesson.  I have used plain tiles for my page   Look HERE to see the parts that made up this page.
