Rather than use a solid-lined border for this page, I have used a dotted one.
This was done using Dynamic HTML (DHTML)
When you hover your mouse over the links, they will change colour and have a dotted line below them.
If you look HERE you can see the same page using a different border.

These are the tiles I have used to create this page.
My patterned tile.
My main tile uses the mustard colour with a grainy texture
My gradient tile I use the foreground/background color
