The way you view this web page will depend on the fonts you have on your computer.
For this lesson, I have used a font called 'Tiranti Solid LET' that is not one of the normal Browser fonts.
If you would like to view my page as I have created it, and you do not have this font on your computer,
you can download the font, here then open it.
Another thing that this lesson teaches is the choice of colour we use for the text.
I have chosen the darker colour from my swatch.
Alternatively, I could create the text as an image. I have done this here
These are the tiles I have used to create this page.
This tile is a hard one to make seamless. I have used Seamless Tiling > Mirror and Vertical checked.
The gradient uses the darker colour from Swatch
The pattern was created from a Transparent 100x100 image, Selections> Select>All.
I copied the floral image, pasted into the selection, then seamless tiled at default.
The light colour was used to fill a bottom layer then image is flattened
and the Texture Effect - Antique Glass applied.
My main tile uses a light colour and I have applied the
Texture Effect - Texture Grain Fine Cloudy.
